非指定电气设备与材料 (PSE)
1、制造或进口电气设备和材料的业务通知副本。副本必须包含日本经济产业省 (METI) 的收讫章和 Katashiki 的分类表（分类类型）。
2、包含 PSE 标志的标签图片（PSE 标志、通知人姓名和额定电压等信息必须清晰可见）。
3、如果标签上的通知人姓名与业务通知中的姓名存在差异，请提供日本经济产业省批准的证明。
4、所有成品的自检记录。
Non-Specified Electrical Appliances and Materials (PSE)
1、A copy of Notification of Business for Manufacturing Electrical Appliances or Importing Electrical Appliances. The copy must include a receipt stamp from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the table of Classification by Katashiki (a type of classification).
2、Photographs of the label that contains a PSE mark. (PSE mark, the name of Notifier and rated voltage, etc. must be legibly shown).
3、Proof of METI’s approval if there is a difference between the name of Notifier on the labels and the one in the Notification of Business.
4、Self-Inspection records for all finished products.
